today was our first event for our new ministry, bridges.
as in bridging the generation gap.
it went so well, people actually came!
and it wasn't just awkward silence!
and they actually had a good time!

im so excited for the next event.

yeah, im only blogging cos i told lauren i would :P

also, second edit of my thing that i wrote at two o clock in the morning.

An intoxicating breeze swirls in from the north west as if to ask for a dance, carrying with it the soothing smell of jasmine as we two lie together, listening to the sounds of summer.

I turn my head to the left and note the time, 0:00.
'Look at that...right in this moment, time is nothing.'
and we lie there, soaked in warmth and contentment, purely existing for that one incredible moment, watching the clock tick over to 0:01, and a new day.

better? i like it better...

It's weird never having a full day of school, it makes the whole day seem much shorter.

I am so excited that my baby is coming!

My netbook that is.

He needs a name...

Its also quite sad that I got so excited about a new piece of technology, its not even new stuff.

Like, its not second hand, but the tech is a bit old I think.

Weekly coffee shop hangouts, at the very least.

and who says we need to wait til we're mothers?

Maybe just uni student age, if we aren't seeing each other so often.

and the second our parents will let us, ROADTRIP!

I can't wait :)

Woot for concert tickets. I'm finally going to a gig, for the first time in like... it was a year in january.

And now I get to go to a lovely little accoustic thing at the space theatre, only 26 bucks, so like, three hours of work :D so worth it.

I can't wait, although I shall have to contain myself and not scream cos like, its meant to be a lot more relaxed than regular empire gigs.

Oh well, I'll find a way lol.
